To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Your request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Sale items are eligible for refunds based on the original purchase price.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at [email protected].
To return your product, please mail it to: MORVALENTHOS, 1234 Market Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
